COM-COM English Center is one of the most recognized and famous English training organizations in Shenzhen. Opened in November 2001 with three centers in the downtown area, COM-COM English is well known for its unique quality control, excellent service and blended teaching methodology (i.e. a method combines face-to-face teaching and online multimedia courseware). All of our students are managers, executives and professionals. We are targeting the high-end and corporate market.

Shenzhen, the only city bordering Hong Kong, is a beautiful, clean, modern city with the highest average family income in mainland China. With only 26 years history, Shenzhen is a miracle of China's fast development. Its population is more than 8 millions. A subtropical climate makes it a pleasant place to live all year round.

We are looking for 1) full-time in-house English Teachers; and 2) full-time on-site corporate English trainers. Candidates already in China and available immediately are preferred. But we also need excellent teachers all the time.

Job descriptions:

Full-time in-house English teachers

•  Focusing on spoken English

•  Teaching in-house tutorial classes (class size is 1 or 4 students)

•  Teaching in-house activity classes (average class size is about 15 students)

•  Doing demo classes for in-house training and corporate training;

•  Preparing each class carefully and checking the attendance of the trainees;

•  Writing the final report after grading and evaluating the trainees;

•  Teaching up to 24 hours per week between 10:00a.m. and 9:30p.m.; and

•  Working a five-day week and an 8 hours day.

Full-time on-site corporate English trainers

•  Teaching business English in speaking and writing, including in-house classes and on-site corporate training classes;

•  Doing demo classes for corporate training and in-house training;

•  Drafting teaching plans for the courses taught by the employee in accordance with the course curriculum;

•  Preparing each class carefully and checking the attendance of the trainees;

•  Writing the final report after grading and evaluating the trainees;

•  Teaching up to 70 hours per month;

•  Working four evenings or afternoons from Monday to Thursday and two days on the weekends;

•  The no-class time is handled by the trainers themselves.

What we offer:

•  Competitive salary plus teaching bonus and OT allowance

•  Working visa, working permit and residence permit are provided and the company will cover the fee. But you are expected to pay for your own initial visitors visa.

•  Accident insurance.

•  Air ticket allowance: RMB3000 for each employee on completion of one-year contract.

•  7 days annual leave and 10 days public holidays. For teachers who stay less than one year the annual leave will be pro rated.

Requirements:

1) Bachelor Degree with a TESL/TEFL/TESOL certificate.

2) Native speaker of English.

3) Enthusiastic personality.

4) One year teaching experience
